Smoked Salmon Spread with Labneh

Ingredients

12 ounces smoked salmon

1/3 cup Brooke Farms Labneh

1/4 cup créme fràiche

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus extra for garnish

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill

olive oil, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

In a food processor pulse together the Labneh, créme fràiche, lemon juice, chives and dill until smooth.  Add the smoked salmon and pulse again until just mixed and the salmon is still in small pieces.   Stir in by hand salt and pepper to taste if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers or party pumpernickel.
