Warm Feta Artichoke & Spinach Dip

A Brooke Farms' Family Holiday Favorite

Ingredients

10.6 oz. Aristaeus Feta Cheese - chopped

1/2 cup Brooke Farms Sour Cream

2/3 cup Mayonnaise

12 oz. jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

9 oz. bag of fresh spinach, microwaved, chopped and wrung dry in a paper towel

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Fresh baguette or tortilla crackers for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine Feta, yogurt, mayo, artichoke, spinach and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix well.  Spread mixture into a greased medium casserole dish.   Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.   Bake for 50 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
